Frequently Asked Questions
About this product
Is it possible to create independent landing pages in a Smart Direct project (for example, for newsletter offers)?
Yes — SmartDirect supports stand-alone landing pages within the CMS. These are called “generic” pages, and you can add any type of module or content you need. You can also modify the URL.
Will there be any guidance or documentation provided for the specific setup?
The SmartDirect Delivery Team is currently finalizing the documentation and preparing a complete guide. Once it’s published and validated, we’ll make it available through the internal knowledge base.
If the CMS is available and shared with the hotel, are there any limitations on what they can update through the system?
We are adding more features to the CMS to make it as functional as possible and closer to the 360 model. At the moment, there are some limitations in certain areas, such as creating and adding new pages, managing redirections, managing the overall content of modules, handling translations, and managing information about the chain or hotel. These options will be available throughout 2026.

Yes — SmartDirect shares the same core engine as 360 projects. Any update made to the widget will be available for bot products.
In order to update web information, is the Web Admin page menu (its location and structure) customized based on the project, or does it follow a standard template?
We have been working on optimizing the SmartDirect admin to ensure it’s easier to build, manage, and access information. All project settings have been consolidated into a single page, and the website structure is now organized by pages, making it simpler to add or remove content. We have also introduced a new quick index that allows you to reach the right sections with a single click.

Yes — We have currently +300 fonts and variations available. Thes fonts can be defined in the project setup section. Could we have documentation to explain to clients which modules and configurations/personalizations can be done on a Corporate Smart Direct Website?
We currently have four different Smart Direct demos available, each showcasing various configurations, layouts, and personalization options.
The same modules are available for both Corporate and Individual Smart Direct websites, allowing full consistency across projects.
